At Talalay Global, the future of natural latex starts at the source. From November 2026, we offer natural latex sourced through the Moreganic® programme. This initiative brings verified traceability, community support, and biodiversity-focused agriculture directly to your supply chain.

What is Moreganic®?

Moreganic® is a sustainability programme focused on improving the way natural rubber is grown and sourced. What began as a collaboration with natural rubber producers in Thailand has evolved into an international programme focused on biodiversity, farmer wellbeing, transparency, and independent verification. The programme helps create positive environmental, social, and economic impact throughout the supply chain.

Moreganic® is not an organic certification. The name Moreganic® reflects its ambition to deliver more: more biodiversity at farm level, more support for farmers and more transparency across the supply chain.

Why Moreganic® matters

Traditional sustainability programmes often focus on individual aspects of responsible sourcing. Moreganic® was created to address a broader challenge: how to make agriculture work better for nature, farmers, businesses, and future generations.

Healthy farms depend on healthy ecosystems. Many agricultural systems rely heavily on a single crop (monoculture farming), which reduces biodiversity and can increase vulnerability to pests, disease, and environmental pressures.

Moreganic® encourages more diverse farming systems where multiple crops grow together within the same ecosystem. This helps restore ecological balance while creating additional opportunities for growers. Participating farms develop Biodiversity Action Plans that support practical actions such as:

Traceability from source to supply chain.

Talalay Global chooses Moreganic because it provides more than a sustainability claim. It provides the traceability and independent verification needed to support that claim throughout the value chain.

Moreganic latex is linked back to registered and geolocated production areas, with material flows, volumes and sustainability premium payments recorded through the supply chain. This gives Talalay Global a documented basis for offering Moreganic materials to its customers and enables those customers, in turn, to communicate credible and traceable Moreganic attributes in their own products.
