Marc brings a wealth of experience in the highly competitive consumer markets in housewares, electronics and home textiles. He has been CEO of several complex, cross-cultural public and private equity businesses. Most recently, he was the CEO of Focus Products Group International, where he led the company to partner with top home goods retailers to build and successfully grow a significant direct to consumer business for Focus Products International while elevating business for its many retail customer-partners.

Steve Turner Chief Financial Officer
Steve joined Talalay Global in December 2014. Previously served as CFO at Ansonia Copper & Brass; Took the company through two sales and drove multiple refinancings. Initially joined as Treasurer, with responsibilities expanding to include all financial activities, including purchasing. Additionally, spent 14 years with Rolls-Royce plc where the foundation of his career was built at this world top three global aerospace manufacturer. Included 5 years seconded to International Aero Engines in Glastonbury, CT, in a 5-partner, 5-country international collaboration. Mr. Turner has 25+ years of financial experience in the manufacturing sector and is a Chartered Global Management Accountant
Jeff Gober Executive Vice President of Sales, Western U.S., Canada, and Mexico
Jeff joined TG in 2002 as a Western Regional Director of Sales and worked for 6 years before pursuing other opportunities. He rejoined TG again in early 2013 as TG’s Regional Manager of West Coast Sales, and immediately picked back up as a leader with vision and passion for TG. Within months, he was promoted to the Executive Team as the Vice President of Components, West. He previously served as National Accounts Manager at FXI and Southerland, Inc. and is well known throughout the industry.
Scott Denton Executive Vice President, Pure Talalay Bliss
Scott Denton is executive vice president and brand manager of Pure Talalay Bliss, the direct-to-retail division. He brings over 20 years of experience in management and executive sales positions at industry powerhouses such as Sealy, Inc. and King Koil. Prior to joining Talalay Global, he was with Sinomax, USA, where Denton was tapped to be president of newly acquired Dormeo NA, and engineered a resurgence of that company.
Mike Quinn Vice President of Operations
Mike joined TG in 1999 as a Lab Technician while participating in the cooperative education program at Northeastern University. After graduating in 2002 with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, Mike worked as a Team Leader in the pressroom, and ever-progressing roles; including the role of Fabrication Manager, and Director of Operations for the Company’s Main Factory in Shelton. Mike’s 19 years of experience in “all things Talalay” with TG, and his passion for Lean Manufacturing make him uniquely qualified as the Vice President of Operations, to which he was promoted in 2013.
Jennifer Costa Vice President of Marketing
Jennifer is a seasoned marketing executive with extensive experience in brand management, integrated marketing campaigns and business-to-business and business-to-consumer initiatives. She has extensive knowledge of the trade industry as well as consumer packaged goods. Previously, she took positions as Marketing Director at Reed Exhibitions where she launched a variety of commercial and industrial events. In addition, Costa worked with BIC Corporation on marketing consumer packaged goods and prior she managed a trade association for pet product manufacturers.
Moe Shaham Vice President of International Sales
Moe joined Talalay Global in 2011 as a Foam Factory Specialist. In 2013 he became Operations Manager for Talalay Global’s Connecticut facility. With a keen sense of web development and logistics, he then brought his unique skill set to a new role, Customer Service Manager and I.T. specialist. He continued building strong relationships and expanding Talalay’s International presence, and in 2015 Moe was promoted to Vice President of International Sales with a key focus on Europe and Asia.
