Dave has over 25 years of global manufacturing leadership roles and Lean Manufacturing experience. He joined Talalay Global (TG) in 2009 after leading TG into a Lean transformation as a Senior Consultant with Simpler Consulting. As TG COO, Fisher was instrumental in upgrading the company’s U.S. and European operations, as well as planning for and developing its Asian growth strategy. Prior to TG, Dave was President and CEO of Crownline Boats, a $150 million leader in the recreational boating industry, as well as the President of Devtek Aerospace, a $345 million supplier of landing gear products to Boeing, Airbus, and the U.S. military. While at Devtek, Dave managed two facilities, led the division’s lean manufacturing efforts, and helped triple sales by reducing lead times and transforming customer service. He also has senior executive and Lean leadership roles in the automotive industry.

Kimberly Fisher President & Chief Operating Officer
Kimberly joined TG in 2013 with over 20 years of manufacturing experience. Prior to joining TG, Kimberly was Plant Manager for Mueller Gas Products Division in Texas, where she spent 16 years driving continual improvement, and transforming the entire Gas Products Division into a “lean culture”. She was the only woman Plant Manager in the Company’s 150-year history, and she was also was awarded “The outstanding leadership award” from her municipality’s economic development council (BEDC). She has experience in supply chain management, human resources, legal administration, MIS, team building, and customer relations.
Steve Turner Chief Financial Officer
Steve joined Talalay Global in December 2014. Previously served as CFO at Ansonia Copper & Brass; Took the company through two sales and drove multiple refinancings. Initially joined as Treasurer, with responsibilities expanding to include all financial activities, including purchasing. Additionally, spent 14 years with Rolls-Royce plc where the foundation of his career was built at this world top three global aerospace manufacturer. Included 5 years seconded to International Aero Engines in Glastonbury, CT, in a 5-partner, 5-country international collaboration. Mr. Turner has 25+ years of financial experience in the manufacturing sector and is a Chartered Global Management Accountant
Jeff Gober Executive Vice President of Sales, Western U.S., Canada, and Mexico
Jeff joined TG in 2002 as a Western Regional Director of Sales and worked for 6 years before pursuing other opportunities. He rejoined TG again in early 2013 as TG’s Regional Manager of West Coast Sales, and immediately picked back up as a leader with vision and passion for TG. Within months, he was promoted to the Executive Team as the Vice President of Components, West. He previously served as National Accounts Manager at FXI and Southerland, Inc. and is well known throughout the industry.
Dan Manning Executive Vice President of Sales, Eastern Region
Dan joined Talalay Global in 2014 as vice president of components, Eastern U.S. and was promoted to executive vice president of sales for the Eastern region in 2016. Before joining Talalay Global, he was a sales representative and then an account manager in the southeast region for foam producer FXI. Dan received his bachelor’s degree from Arcadia University in Philadelphia.
Mike Quinn Vice President of Operations
Mike joined TG in 1999 as a Lab Technician while participating in the cooperative education program at Northeastern University. After graduating in 2002 Mike worked as a Team Leader in the pressroom, and ever-progressing roles; including the role of Fabrication Manager, and Director of Operations for the Company’s Main Factory in Shelton. Mike’s 14 years of experience in “all things Talalay” with TG, and his passion for Lean Manufacturing make him uniquely qualified as the Director of Manufacturing, to which he was promoted in 2013.
Moe Shaham Vice President of International Sales
Moe joined Talalay Global in 2011 as a Foam Factory Specialist. In 2013 he became Operations Manager for Talalay Global’s Connecticut facility. With a keen sense of web development and logistics, he then brought his unique skill set to a new role, Customer Service Manager and I.T. specialist. He continued building strong relationships and expanding Talalay’s International presence, and in 2015 Moe was promoted to Vice President of International Sales with a key focus on Europe and Asia.
